Our Winter 2015 Branding class was tasked with rebranding a few local non-profit organizations. I chose to rebrand Farmstand, a small community garden located in the SE Woodstock area of Portland, OR. A selection of the best rebrands (mine included) presented our rebrand strategies and logos to the actual non-profit in a 5 minute pitch.
The brand book I created is printed on newsprint to give it more of an organic feel. The logo I created is simple and clean. In this case the artichoke is a metaphor for community. The individual leaves are the individual community members, all surrounding the heart which is the garden itself.
